Empowering your financial future through financial literacy
It blows my mind that Americans attend 12+ years of school and most are not exposed to the basics of financial literacy; as an adult I leverage core personal finance skills almost every week (which is a lot more than I can say about the trigonometry or sewing classes I took in school!) After years of coaching and teaching people of all ages, from many different backgrounds, I now believe this gap is universal. When I see data that says 87% of teens say they don't really understand their personal finances (Forbes '22), I am not surprised- it aligns with my current understanding of where we are. And it fires me up- because I truly believe that financial literacy is the difference between living a fulfilling life or one filled with financial struggle. And while my super skills and strengths helped me learn early-I believe everyone can learn the foundational pieces and their lives will be better for it. This is how Create10 was born.
Understanding your budget, and how it can help you achieve your financials goals, is our passion. Over the past 5 years we have developed a workbook and coaching program to help people understand why a budget is important, and how to do it. We also know that accountability and checking in over 6 months is critical for people to learn and implement changes into their lives. This is our core product and we are delighted to share it with you (and any people in your life who could use a master class in personal finance- it makes a great gift!) A key component in a budget is how much money someone makes. We offer many different 1:1 coaching programs to help chart paths and provide clear plans to growing your income.
We will be introducing our team over the next couple of weeks. We love this work. We have built a workbook/training program that is effective and have coupled it with our practical and authentic coaching approach. We are excited about the possibility of leaning in with you (or a loved one) to help you achieve your life/financial goals.
